At Old Town you can enjoy swimming, fishing and just plain relaxing without going anywhere. We have an excellent fish cleaning house and sell gas and bait down at the shore. Our small store and office offers soda pop, candy and ice cream along with other snacks. Wireless Internet and an endless cup of coffee are also available in the store. This may be the only place left where you can still buy penny candy!

There is a ping pong house, horse shoe pits, a basket ball hoop and a jungle gym with swings for the small crowd. You may use the paddle boat and canoe for free. We have two pontoons we rent for a relaxing afternoon on the lake and offer a 50% discount to our cabin guests. 

We have a sandy beach for swimming with a water trampoline and floating raft for water fun. A cement boat ramp is located at the west end of the resort for launching your private boat and we have large lifts on which to put your boat to keep it safe while not in use. Bring your family and enjoy fishing, swimming, boating and relaxing.

Close by you will find several fine golf courses, riding stables, dancing and dining. Two exceptional  state parks are located a reasonable distance from the resort for hiking and biking.  Three miles away the small town of Battle Lake offers shopping, medical services, laundry, banking, pharmacy and other services.
